Australian-based real estate group Harcourts USA has been listed in the top 200 franchises in the United States for 2015 by the Franchise Business Review.

The Franchise Business Review is an independent market research firm focused on franchisee satisfaction and performance.

Harcourts USA was among only 10 other real estate groups listed in the report.

Harcourts USA now has 29 franchised offices in the United States and continues to grow. Harcourts USA Chief Executive Officer, Aaron Hodson spoke of the importance not just of aligning yourself with a large organization, but one that is truly people-focused.

“In our ever-changing market, owning a real estate franchise is more than just about a brand, we know that our brand is our people and the better we make our people the better our brand and business will be for our clients,” Mr Hodson said.
