Hacker Group, a leading digital/direct marketing agency specializing in measurable, ROI-driven sales and marketing programs, announced today that Margaret Price has been named its new Director of Strategic Planning, and Richard Jacroux has been named its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Price joins Hacker Group from Ogilvy & Mather -WPP, where she was a Strategic Planning Director working to shape everything from corporate strategy, internal communications, and marketing strategy to design and global branding. Prior to Ogilvy and Mather, she worked for Saatchi and Saatchi X and Wunderman. Her expertise spans communication effectiveness, customer engagement and retention, organizational change, and omni-channel innovation. She has created strategic and operational plans for brands like PepsiCo, Target, Microsoft, Arrow Electronics, and Fiat Industrial. Her passion for uncovering consumer insights has taken her to over 40 countries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Gonzaga University.

Jacroux has held CFO positions since 2006, at Cole & Weber, Inc, Light Doctor, LLC, and most recently at Digital Kitchen LLC. He has an extensive background in operational efficiency, forecasting, budgeting and management reporting, ERP implementation and upgrades, strategic leadership, and guiding and restructuring business practices. He holds a Masters in Management from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
