JUDICIAL MANAGEMENT APPLICATIONS AND SCHEMES OF ARRANGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Judicial Managers of Swissco Holdings Limited (Judicial Managers Appointed by Court) (the "Company"), and its subsidiary, Swissco Offshore (Pte.) Ltd (Judicial Managers Appointed by Court) ("SOPL") refer to their announcements of 17 November 2017, 23 November 2017, 28 November 2017 and 8 December 2017.

Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms have the same meanings as defined in the aforementioned announcements.

The Judicial Managers of the Company and SOPL wish to announce that on 17 January 2018, applications have been filed in the High Court of Singapore for leave to postpone the date by which the Court Meetings in relation to the Schemes of SOPL and SM Log are to be held, to a date after 31 January 2018. The hearing has been fixed for 26 January 2018 at 5pm in the High Court of Singapore.

Notice has been given that the Court Meetings in relation to the Schemes of SOPL and SM Log, presently scheduled for 30 January 2018, will subject to the order of Court, be postponed to a later date to be notified to the relevant creditors.

The Judicial Managers will continue to work with and engage creditors and stakeholders of the Company, SOPL and SM Log, and make further updates in relation to the Court Meetings and the Schemes as relevant.
