Our announcement dated 29 January 2016 in respect of the above matter is hereby referred.
Tenaga Nasional Berhad ("TNB") wishes to announce that Amin bin Halim Rasip, the First Plaintiff in OS No. 3, has discontinued his appeal against TNB with agreed costs of RM2,000.00 to be paid forthwith to TNB. In this regard, a Notice of Discontinuance of Appeal was duly filed in the Court of Appeal on 2 December 2016 and hearing of the appeal which was fixed on 13 December 2016 is vacated.
The case is considered closed.
