Fitch Rates San Francisco, CA's $209MM GOs 'AA'; Outlook Stable

Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'AA' rating to the following City and County of San Francisco general obligation (GO) bonds:

--$209,955,000 GO Bonds, series 2014A (Proposition A, 2008).

The bonds are scheduled to sell competitively Jan. 16.

The Rating Outlook is Stable.

In addition, Fitch has withdrawn the 'AA' rating previously assigned to the city's GO bonds, series 2013D, as the bonds were not sold and have been replaced by the 2014A bonds.
