At the end of October 2018, 973,694 VAT-registered enterprises were active in our country. Two enterprises out of a hundred have their seat abroad. The best represented enterprises are those from the Netherlands (5,326), France (4,013) and Germany (3,180).
In October 2018, the number of new enterprises was 13.6 % higher than in October 2017. In October 2018, there were also 6.5 % more restarts and 1.6 % more bankruptcies than in the same period of the previous year.
