The Iowa City Police Department will host a Coffee with a Cop event from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 28 at Bread Garden Market, 225 S. Linn Street. Residents are invited to join their neighbors, friends and co-workers to discuss community issues with neighborhood police officers. There's no agenda scheduled -- this is just a chance to ask questions, voice concerns and get to know police officers in a relaxed setting over a cup of coffee.
