WHAT: Applications are available and open to all income-qualified Alhambra residents. To qualify for programs a homeowner must be income eligible based on HUD income limits based on household size. Alhambra residents are encouraged to schedule an appointment to meet with a housing staff member to learn more about what programs are available.
