Jeffrey Nolan Joins First Citizens

MANSFIELD, PA (January 2018) Jeffrey Nolan has joined First Citizens Community Bank as Manager of their Fredericksburg and Mount Aetna offices. In addition to managing branch operations and staff development, Nolan will work to satisfy the needs of small businesses in both markets.

Prior to joining First Citizens, Nolan was Senior Vice President and Commercial Lending Manager for Mid Penn Bank, leading the Lancaster market commercial and retail teams in loan and deposit growth. He had similar role with Graystone Bank, Union National Bank, and Farmers First Bank.

Nolan serves his community as a member of the Elizabethtown Rotary Club. He is a former member of the Elizabethtown Public Library Board of Trustees and a former officer of the Elizabethtown Chamber of Commerce. Nolan graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management Science. He is a graduate of the Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking and Commercial Lending.
