Two children were among the injured. According to preliminary information, there were no fatalities but rescuers were still searching the rubble for possible victims.
The attacked damaged several high-rise buildings. Smoke rising from damaged garages could be seen in the background, while firemen worked to extinguish fires.
Local authorities said that due to damage to power lines, some 53,000 private and 2,400 industrial consumers faced power cuts.
