On 13 January 2012, Kalgoorlie Mining Company Limited (ASX: KMC) ("the Company") issued 4,150,000 fully paid ordinary shares ("Shares") under the approval of shareholders at the general meeting held on 15 December

2011 ("the Placement"). The Shares are a class of securities quoted on ASX.

The Company gives this notice pursuant to Section 708(A)(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 ("the Act") in respect of the Share issues and advises ASX that:

(ii) its continuous disclosure obligations under Section 674 of the Act.

(c) as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information for the purposes of Sections 708A(7) and (8)

of the Act.
