AB Artea bankas announced according to agenda issues of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 31 March 2026 the removal of Susan Gail Buyske from the position of member of the Supervisory Council, Elect Ulrik Lackschewitz as a member of the Supervisory Council, removal of Mindaugas Raila from the position of member of the Supervisory Council and Election of Egle Eidimtaite as a member of the Supervisory Council of AB Artea Bankas until the end of the tenure of the current Supervisory Council.
