Qian Zhongwei is an Independent Director of the Huaneng Power International, Inc. and a Senior Engineer.
Previously, he was a Director of Huaneng Power International and had been Deputy Chief Engineer, Chief Engineer and Deputy Chief of the Eastern China Power Industry Management Bureau.
Mr. Qian served as a Director of Shanghai Electricity Bureau, Easter China Power Administration Bureau and President of Easter China Power group Company.
He graduated from the Electrical Engineering Department of Tsinghua University.
