Operating Officer of iShares Europe, the exchange-traded fund business of Barclays Global Investors.
In this role Mr. West has oversight for product management and operations for the iShares products, including in-house and outsourced processes which involves regular contact with brokers, exchanges, index providers and regulators across Europe.
Prior to joining Barclays Global Investors, Mr. West was a founding director of Bluerock Consulting and prior to that was in Private Banking and Corporate Finance with UBS.
Mr. West started his career in management consulting with Price Waterhouse.
