Tim Patrick O'Connor

Mr. O’Connor joined Gleacher & Co. Securities on its June 2010 formation, the merger that took place between Broadpoint.Amtech Equity Capital Markets and Broadpoint.Gleacher Securities.
Before that, he was the head of Imperial Capital Investment Banking practice in New York.
Prior to Imperial, he was Managing Director in the Recapitalization & Restructuring Group at Jefferies & Co. and Head of Restructuring at Raymond James & Associates.
Formerly, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Kaiser Group International, a former billion dollar international professional services contractor where he led its financial restructuring.
His previous financial experience includes senior positions with both General Electric Company and Lockheed Martin Corporation.
He began his investment banking career with Lazard Frères & Co. He has served on a number of boards and has extensive corporate finance and restructuring experience.
Mr. O’Connor received a B.S.
in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
