Mr. Tim J.
Goble is Chief Operating Officer at Pall Mall Investment Management Ltd.
He joined the Company in July 2005.
Mr. Goble was previously a member of the British Army.
He has a senior management experience dealing with a wide range of policy, personnel, training, equipment and infrastructure/organisational issues.
He spent a number of years in continental Europe, including a spell running the Strategic Policy cell in NATO’s top military headquarters in Belgium.
He is a qualified pilot.
He is a Cambridge University languages graduate.
