Profile

As Vice President of JPB Partners Real Estate investment group, Mr. Herring is responsible for identifying new acquisition opportunities and is involved in every facet of the deal process from financial analysis and LOI negotiation to due diligence, closing and post-closing implementation.
Mr. Herring joined JPB Partners in August 2017 after spending 10 years with Cushman & Wakefield (and predecessor companies), a leading global commercial real estate company.
At C&W, Herring was a Director of leasing, specializing in the representation of institutional landlords and oversaw the leasing efforts for a 6.7 million square foot portfolio in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor.
Prior to his role as Director of leasing, Mr. Herring was an Associate and Financial Analyst with the Investment Sales team at C&W, where he was responsible for financial underwriting, production of marketing materials and offering memoranda and facilitating purchaser due diligence and closing.
Mr. Herring earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Mount St. Mary’s University.
