He was CEO of the company through 2002 and served on the Board of Directors through its sale to Whitman Hart in 2004.
Mr. Greene has also held positions at international financial institutions.
His duties included managing financial transactions for middle-market and large corporate clients as well as leading mergers and acquisitions activities.
Mr. Greene earned an MBA at the University of Chicago, an MA at the University of South Carolina, and a BA at Miami University in Ohio.
