He was a Vice President-Marketing & Business Development at Sequans Communications SA from 2009 to 2011.
He was also a Vice President-Marketing & Product Management at NextWave Wireless, Inc. from 2006 to 2009.
Mr. Miller has an MBA from Arizona State University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati (Ohio).
