Susan Holgate

Ms. Holgate is Partner at Bendigo Partners LLC.
Prior to that she has 20-year financial services career began when she helped to write the initial business plan of the global institutional brokerage firm, TIR Securities, where she also developed TIR’s legal and operational framework, launched their sales and marketing initiatives, and developed the firm’s global administration policies.
She went on to become head of TIR’s Global Sales and Marketing Team and a member of their Global Executive Committee, spearheading the building of TIR to 350 institutional clients, generating $140 million in commissions.
When TIR was acquired by E*TRADE Financial in 2000, Susan retained her TIR accounts, while co-managing the E*TRADE Institutional Brokerage Group.
As Vice President and Managing Director of that group, Susan managed 160 professionals who serviced 400 institutional clients generating $200 million in commissions annually.
At ETRADE, Susan played an instrumental role in various acquisitions for the institutional group, including companies in Canada and France.
Ms. Holgate has in depth-experience in turnaround situations and rapid-growth business expansions, as well as a deep track record of producing sustained revenue and growth, while streamlining operations and enhancing profit performance.
Her Board seats include The Tibet Fund, of which she’s also the Treasurer.
