Steve Routledge

Steve Routledge is responsible for asset management of Fengate’s infrastructure portfolio, providing technical oversight of the performance of construction and operations services delivered by third-party contractors.
Prior to joining Fengate Infrastructure in 2012, Steve worked for Carillion Canada where he was responsible for all commercial and contract management, as well as facility management and lifecycle estimating on Carillion’s bids for P3 projects in Ontario.
Prior to Carillion, Steve worked in the construction industry in the United Kingdom as a quantity surveyor for Laing O’Rourke and Carillion, with responsibility for all contractual and financial matters on a range of projects ranging from £250,000 to £15 million.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Leeds Metropolitan University in Quantity Surveying and is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), The Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
