Scott von Fischer, CFA, is an Executive Managing Director of the London and New York Global Corporate Finance offices for PGIM Private Capital, overseeing the private placement and mezzanine investment activity in Northeastern US and UK.
During his tenure, Mr. Fischer has overseen the Chicago, Minneapolis, Los Angeles and San Francisco’s Global Corporate Finance offices.
He is also a Partner of PGIM Capital Partners, the middle-market mezzanine debt and structured equity fund management business sponsored by PGIM Private Capital and serves on a multiple number of boards.
He joined PGIM in 1985.
Mr. Fischer received a BSBA from Drake University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
