Rozik Boedioro Soetjipto served as President Director at PT Freeport Indonesia from 2012 to 2015.
Prior to that, he was the General Director-General Mining at Indonesia Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources from 1998 to 1999 and President Commissioner at PT Aneka Tambang Tbk from 1997 to 2001.
He also held positions as State Minister-Public Works at the Government of Indonesia in 2000, Independent Commissioner at PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk from 2009 to 2012, Independent Commissioner at PT Vale Indonesia Tbk from 2009 to 2010, and Independent Commissioner at PT Bayan Resources Tbk from 2008 to 2021.
Soetjipto received his undergraduate degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1968 and his graduate degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
He also earned a doctorate degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 1976.
