Prior to joining ICV in 2003, Mr. Yu was a Financial Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch, where he specialized in assignments in the industrial/manufacturing, healthcare, and consumer products sectors.
He has experience in numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions through performing valuation and merger consequences analyses as well as conducting market and industry research.
Mr. Yu holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the Walter A.
