Ronald K. Bohlin

Mr. Bohlin is the founder and Managing Director of the corporate development consulting firm Vericours, Inc. Mr. Bohlin's expertise includes strategic planning, the development and implementation of strategic partnership programs, the development and launch of new business ventures, and the evaluation, negotiation and integration of successful M&A transactions.
He is also a recognized expert in the field of Knowledge Management, and has helped numerous clients implement performance improvement initiatives utilizing KM techniques to strengthen performance in core business processes.
Prior to founding Vericours, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company where he led the computer industry practice.
He was also a member of the senior leadership team in the development and IPO of Renaissance Solutions, a boutique IT consulting firm, and co-founder and COO of Nextera Enterprises, a multi-faceted professional services organization.
Mr. Bohlin is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with aBS in Management Engineering, and Harvard Business School with his MBA.
