Previously, he was a Managing Partner of the Telecommunications Department for the Finley, Kumble, Wagner, Heine, Underberg, Manley & Casey and a Partner with Leighton, Conklin, Lemov and Pepper, Hamilton and Scheetz.
Mr. Coleman is a Member of the Virginia State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the Federal Communications Bar Association.
He was a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Virginia.
Mr. Coleman received his BA degree in Economics from the University of Montana and his JD from the University of Virginia.
