Robert Swysgood

Mr. Swysgood joined the Anschutz Investment Company in 1999.
Prior to Anschutz, he worked for over ten years with the law firm of Smaha, Swysgood & Daley in San Diego where his litigation emphasis was in disputes concerning contract interpretation and implementation, real estate, licensing, insurance and complex bankruptcy reorganizations.
Mr. Swysgood is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Colorado and the American Bar Association.
He received his B.A.
from the University of Colorado and his J.D.
cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law.
