Robert L. Beni

Prior to joining Mezz Cap in July of 2002, Mr. Beni was a Conduit Underwriter for Merrill Lynch's capital market program.
Before joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Beni was an Associate Underwriter in Prudential Mortgage Capital Company's Newark office.
During his nine year tenure with Prudential, he performed underwriting and due diligence on repositioned properties for the interim loan program and was responsible for the development and implementation of PMCC's pipeline system.
Mr. Beni holds a B.S.
from University of South Carolina, Finance/Real Estate.
