Prior to the creation of Krokus PE, Mr. Robert Bozyk was an Investment Director at Polonia Financial Services.
As Investment Director he was responsible for managing the entire investment cycle with particular responsibility for deal flow generation and special focus on financial services, media and entertainment sectors.
Mr Bozyk is Vice President of the supervisory boards of EGB and Helios and has sat on the supervisory boards of a number of portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Polonia Financial Services in 1996, Mr Bozyk worked at PBG Bank as a Senior Account Manager.
In this role he worked on a number of corporate finance projects including arranging debt facilities for a number of private equity transactions.
Mr Bozyk has a Masters degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Lodz and completed an executive MBA programme at Warsaw University School of Management and the University Of Illinois College Of Business.
