Previously, Mr. Rosenburg was Vice President, Acquisitions and Planning, at Career Education Corporation, a leading provider of for-profit, post-secondary education where he was responsible for domestic and international business development.
He has held prior positions with investment firms, including Allied Capital Corporation, where he worked on direct equity and mezzanine transactions and held board positions in various portfolio companies.
Prior to that, he was with Baird Capital Partners, a middle market buyout fund.
