Rex Kim

Kim is a Chief Investment Officer at The Oregon Investment Council.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kim worked at a Portland-based consulting firm where he was a Senior Consultant advising organizations with fiduciary decisions related to their retirement plans.
Previously, Mr. Kim held positions at investment consulting firms focused on the research, selection, and portfolio management of alternative investments.
Prior to his work in investment consulting, he was a Trader and Portfolio Manager for a proprietary trading firm where he traded equity and index options and futures.
He has also served as an adjunct instructor teaching courses in finance.
Mr. Kim is a graduate of Carleton College.
