René Exenberger

Mr. René Exenberger is the Head of Global Balanced Solutions at Vontobel Asset Management AG.
Mr. Exenberger joined Vontobel’s International Research Department in 1987 and has held various positions within the company.
He has been Head of Global Balanced since 1996.
From 1991 to 1996, he managed portfolios for institutional mandates.
From 1988 to 1991, he covered Asia as a financial analyst.
In 1988, he spent several months as a financial analyst trainee at Warburg Securities in Tokyo.
Before joining Vontobel, he held various positions at Caisse d’Epargne and Lombard Odier & Cie in Geneva.
Before this, he completed an apprenticeship at the Cantonal Bank of Bern.
Mr. Exenberger has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Bern University of Applied Sciences, holds a Diploma Certified International Investment Analyst CIIA and a certificate from the Advanced Executive Program 2006 of the Swiss Finance Institute.
