Prior to joining Landmark in 2009, Mr. Bracey was a senior analyst at Prudential Real Estate Investors (“PREI”).
At PREI, he was responsible for underwriting real estate joint venture transactions in excess of $350 million dollars across multiple asset classes along the northeast.
Mr. Bracey received a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Mr. Bracey is also a graduate of the Real Estate Associate Program (REAP) New York class of 2006.
