Mr. Philippe Gougenheim is a Managing Director & Head of Hedge Funds at Unigestion SA.
He joined Unigestion in 2010 and started his career in 1988 at JP Morgan in a sales role for fixed income and foreign exchange products.
He then moved to the interest rates derivatives team and was soon appointed as its manager.
From 1997 to 2005, Philippe worked for Société Générale, where he ultimately managed a proprietary trading team, after heading the team in charge of market-making for interest rates and foreign exchange derivatives.
From 2005 to 2008, he was a Managing Director at Millennium Partners, one of the oldest and largest hedge funds, where he headed a team of global macro and fixed income traders.
Prior to joining Unigestion, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Man Investments, where he also held the roles of Chairman of the Investment Committee and Head of Strategic Research and Management.
