Mr. Phil Samper is Co-Founder at Gabriel Venture Partners.
Prior to co-founding Gabriel Venture Partners in 1999, Mr. Samper was Executive Officer of Eastman Kodak Company.
He has worked with portfolio companies of St. Paul Venture Partners, Redwood Technology Ventures and Apex Investment Partners' Fund III.
He has served as non-executive chairman on the board of PlaceWare and as a director of CrossMedia Services.
He also serves on the public board of The Interpublic Group of Companies.
He is on the Board of Visitors for the Johns Hopkins Medical Center, as well as on the Board of Visitors at the University of Maryland's Clark School of Engineering.
Mr. Samper holds a MSM from the Massachusette Institute of Technology, a BFT from the American Graduate School of International Management, and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley.
