Trust Company and Oppenheimer Funds, Inc. He started his career as a tax specialist with the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand.
Mr. Stephens holds a B.A from Lehigh University, a J.D.
from Suffolk University Law School and a Master of Laws (taxation) degree from Boston University School of Law.
He also served as an infantry officer in the U.S.
Marine Corps.
