Pete Davidson

Mr. Peter Davidson is a Head of Listed Property at Pendal Group Ltd.
Over the past 34 years, Mr. Davidson has held financial markets roles spanning portfolio management, advisory and treasury markets.
He joined the company in 1994 and is responsible for managing our range of listed property securities funds.
Specializing in the Property, Retail, Insurance and Infrastructure sectors, Mr. Davidson has previously held roles with Midland Montagu Australia, Daiwa Securities and has served as the non-executive director of the Industry Superannuation Property Trust.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Sydney.
