Pat J. Sheridan

Mr. Pat J.
Sheridan, CPA MBA, is a Principal at Elk Lake Capital LLC.
He also serves as a Chief Financial Officer at Times-Shamrock Communications and is responsible for all the financial activities of the organization.
Mr. Sheridan started his career with Coopers & Lybrand and served as Controller and Treasurer for Connaught Laboratories, Inc. He has served as CFO of a pharmaceutical testing laboratory, two steel fabricating companies and became General Manager of Anemostat Products Division.
Prior to joining Times Shamrock, Mr. Sheridan served as Chief Financial Officer for three companies in three different industries at the request of Private Equity firms.
Mr. Sheridan graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Business Administration.
After serving in the U.
S.
Navy, he earned a B.S.
Degree in Accounting from The University of Scranton.
Mr. Sheridan earned an M.B.A.
in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He maintains his CPA license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
