Omer E. Waddles

Prior to joining Leeds Equity in 2004, Mr. Waddles was President and Chief Operating Officer of ITT Educational Services, Inc. from 2001 – 2004.
Prior to his appointment as President and COO, Mr. Waddles served as ITT ESI’s Executive Vice President in charge of operations at over 75 schools around the nation.
Previously, Mr. Waddles served as President of the Career College Association, the for-profit post-secondary education’s trade association, as well as in a variety of education and training committee positions in both the United States Senate and the United States House of Representatives.
Mr. Waddles serves as a director of SeatonCorp and was involved in the acquisition of Education Management Corporation.
Mr. Waddles graduated from Kent State University with a B.S.
degree in Business Administration and earned his J.D.
from Ohio Northern University’s Pettit College of Law.
