He has been a Professor of the Department of Computer Science at National Tsing Hua University since 1994.
Prior to joining Broadweb, he was an Associate Professor of the Department of Computer Science at National Tsing Hua University from 1986 to 1994 and Chairman from 1997 to 2000.
He is a Director of the Ipv6 RD Division, the NICI National Ipv6 Deployment Program and the Ipv6 Forum Taiwan.
Dr. Huang received a PhD in Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University in 1986.
