Pleiman founded Optimum Management Systems LLC in 1998 and currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
She is a Director of the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Colorados Women's Chamber of Commerce, and the Denver School of Science and Technology.
Ms. Pleiman is a Member of the DIA Partnership and the MBE input Committee of the Rocky Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council.
She has more than 15 years of experience in implementing financial systems.
Ms. Pleiman received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business and Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.
