Most recently, Mr. Kutsch co-founded and served as COO and CFO of Saracen Energy Advisors in Houston where he was responsible for creating and managing all operational and financial aspects of an energy commodity hedge fund.
Prior to Saracen, he spent the majority of his career in Boston as President, CEO, and founder of Vitol Gas & Electric.
Following Vitol Gas & Electric, Mr. Kutsch created and managed a $25 million investment fund focused on funding and mentoring early state technology companies with innovative technologies requiring commercial assistance.
Before Vitol Gas & Electric, he served as EVP and CFO of Yankee Companies, Inc., Mr. Kutsch holds a B.S.
degree in economics from Mount St. Mary’s College and an M.B.A in finance from George Mason University.
