Profile

Prior to joining Sequel Holdings in 2003, he was a Director in the Business Recovery Services Group (“BRS”) at PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P.
and then FTI Consulting, Inc., which purchased the BRS group in September 2002.
During his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers/FTI Consulting, his experience included corporate finance, mergers and acquisition consulting, restructuring and bankruptcy consulting, litigation support services, and valuation analysis.
Mr. Fagelman has restructuring experience working with companies in various industries with revenues ranging from $40 million to $36 billion.
He serves on the Board of Advisors of The World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth, a nonpartisan organization established to educate citizens on the crucial issues of international affairs and foreign policy.
Mr. Fagelman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Texas at Austin in 1995.
He earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999.
