Prior to joining Quadrangle in 2008, Mr. Minars was the CFO of Millennium Technology Ventures and Controller of RRE Ventures.
Prior to joining RRE Ventures, he was with Marcum & Kliegman, a major NY area CPA firm, where he performed financial statement audits and provided business advisory services to investment companies.
Mr. Minars also worked at public accounting firms Margolin Winer & Evens and Marks Shron & Company.
