Prior to joining Avalon in October 2003, Ms. Ragan moved to Houston to join Prudential Preferred Financial Services as a Marketing Assistant.
After earning a NASD Series 7 license in 1997, she joined Sanders Morris Harris as a Sales Associate.
In June of 2000, she joined Morgan Stanley's Private Wealth Management division as a Registered Sales Associate and remained until she joined the Fixed Income Team at Avalon Advisors.
In 1995 Ms. Ragan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management.
