Premier Fund Managers Ltd. (PFM) is the wholly-owned fund management subsidiary of Premier Investment Group Ltd., ultimately held by Premier Miton Group Plc (LON: PMI) in Great Britain. The firm was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Guildford. PFM manages a range of authorized UK and offshore funds and provides tailor made discretionary management services for private and corporate clients including professional advisers, retail investors, institutions and charities.

The origins of Premier Asset Management Limited date back to late 1988 when Premier Fund Managers Limited was established. The original focus of Premier was on the management of investment assets for clients of the group, although the company also managed some portfolios for independent advisers. Today, the Premier group of companies comprises two regulated trading subsidiaries, Premier Fund Managers Limited (which provides asset-management services) and Premier Portfolio Managers Limited (which distributes products). Premier's funds under management have grown over the years through a planned programme of acquisition and organic growth. Premier Asset Management Limited is registered in England under Company No. 3104343. As a private company, Premier is majority owned by senior management and employees which it strongly believes create a firm alignment of interests between the team at Premier with its clients.
