Profile

Mr. Zhu joined Skyview in 2010.
Previously, he was a led the Corporate Development team at UTStarcom, Inc. and consummated over $500 million of acquisition and divestiture transactions.
He also managed $120 million investments in public and private companies in Asia and North America during his tenure at UTStarcom.
Prior to that, Mr. Zhu served as an integral part of the strategic planning groups at LVMH Group (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) and Herbalife International, at both companies he focused on formulating and implementing sales, marketing and operational strategies in the Greater China areas.
Earlier in his career, he was a Project Manager at Siemens Mobile Communications, where he had built extensive relationships with the largest telecommunication operators as well as the local governments in China.
Mr. Zhu also holds an M.B.A.
from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, and a B.A.
in Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
He has been a CFA charterholder since 2007 and is an active member at the CFA Societies in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
