Lupus alpha Asset Management AG (LAAM) is the asset management subsidiary of Lupus alpha Holding GmbH in Germany. The firm was founded in 2000 by Michael Frick, Matthias Biedenkapp, Karl Fickel and Ralf Lochmüller. Headquartered in Frankfurt, LAAM manages mutual funds and discretionary portfolios for institutional clients and private individuals. They also manage several compartments of a Luxembourg-based umbrella fund which is administered by Lupus Alpha Investment SA.

DWS Investment GmbH (DWS) is an asset and wealth management firm headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany. The firm was founded in 2013 and is a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG (ETR: DBK). DWS offers traditional and alternative investments across asset classes to institutional clients such as public and private pension funds, national and supranational entities, corporations, charities and foundations. They also provide customized wealth management solutions and private banking services to high-net worth individuals and family offices.

DWS Investment GmbH (DWS Investment) is the Frankfurt office of DWS Investment, the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Investment GmbH, ultimately held by Deutsche Bank AG (NYSE: DB) in Germany. Formerly known as DWS Deutsche Gesellschaft für Wertpapiersparen mbH, DWS Investment was established in 1956 and operates in western and central Europe, Asia and the Americas. The Frankfurt office manages a range of mutual funds, primarily for private clients. Their funds are distributed through a multi-channel network comprised of the DB group, third-party asset managers, retail and private banks, independent financial advisors and insurance companies.
