Lester Lim

Lester Lim (Hong Kong) joined KKR in 2022 as the Head of Family Capital in Asia-Pacific.
Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Lim was the head of investor relations for FountainVest Partners, one of Asia's largest private equity funds, where he focused on fundraising from family offices and institutional/sovereign investors.
Before that, Mr. Lim was a director in the alternatives investment group of HSBC Private Bank, where he was responsible for private equity, hedge funds, credit and real estate investments.
He also spent several years as a senior investment associate at Pavilion Alternatives Group in Singapore, where he invested in private equity funds, secondaries, and co-investments on behalf of global institutional investors.
He began his career in risk management at Maybank-Kim Eng Securities.
Mr. Lim graduated with Honours from the National University of Singapore, majoring in Economics and Philosophy.
