Headquartered in Niva, the firm invests in Danish SMEs characterized by significant development potential and an innovative, long-term, sustainable business model. They aim to act as a catalyst for sustainable step changes through a consistent, systematic approach to business development. CataCap manages the Catcap funds, backed by Dansk Vækstkapital, Danica Pension, Lægernes Pensionskasse, the firm's partners and private investors. To align the interests of investors and the firm, the partners and operating partners invest alongside their fund. CataCap operates in accordance with international guidelines for Corporate Social Responsibility and has adopted the UN Global Compact as the framework by which they and their investee companies ensure continuous CSR development.
